These terms and conditions (“Conditions”) governs your use of algovital.com (which shall include all purchases of merchandise or services (“Products”) on algovital.com) and other interactive sites including ALGOVITAL Facebook page, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube (“Interactive Sites”).

By accessing or using algovital.com or the Interactive Sites, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Conditions, please do not access or use algovital.com or the Interactive Sites. Any continued access or use of algovital.com or the Interactive Sites will imply that you have accepted these Conditions.

ALGOVITAL reserves the right, at any time, to revise or update these Conditions without your prior notice. These changes will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use algovital.com or the Interactive Sites following such changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to such changes.

Merchandise Availability: The Products featured on algovital.com are subject to stock availability. If the Products are not available after your order has been processed online, we will inform you via email.
Orders, Promotions and Samples: All our promotions and samples are subject to availability and our prevailing terms and conditions. Save for any errors, the prices of the Products displayed at the check-out are final and will be reflected on the website, any of Algovital Social media platforms such as its Facebook and Instagram, and on its Order Confirmation. If algovital.com are unable to contact you, the Order will be treated as cancelled, and you will be refunded accordingly .algovital.com gift cards, gift vouchers or any promotional vouchers cannot be used to offset online purchases on algovital.com unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation of Order:algovital.com do not accept any cancellation or modification of Order once we have confirmed the Order. Hence, it is important that you check your order before proceeding with the payment. Notwithstanding that the Order has been accepted and confirmed, algovital.com reserves the right to cancel the Order or any part thereof at any time without giving you any reasons. algovital.com will inform you of any such cancellation via email and will refund you accordingly without interest. All refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card that was used for the Order. Please note that it takes approximately 21 days for a credit return to your card to be effective.

Local Delivery Information: Local delivery service is available for eligible residential and office addresses within Singapore, except hotels and such other locations with restricted access. algovital.com reserves the right to decline any delivery to any address with restricted access or is inaccessible. Refer to Shipping and Returns page for Shipment. There will be no delivery service on Sundays and Public Holidays or any blackout dates imposed by algovital.com .ALGOVITAL
endeavors to deliver within the date and time stipulated in the Order Confirmation. algovital.com reserves the right to reschedule the time and/or date of delivery and will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time and/or date. You are responsible for ensuring that a recipient is present to receive the delivery and to sign on algovital.com assigned courier's delivery note during the specified time slot. You may be charged redelivery fee at the prevailing rate for each additional delivery trip. Should there be any unavailable items in the Order, algovital.com will contact you for further arrangements. There will be a re-delivery charge at the prevailing rate imposed on you in case of any changes in delivery details after the delivery has been made or attempted.
International Delivery Information: International delivery service is available and will be shipped out from ALGOVITAL in Korea. There will be International Delivery Charges depending on country of destination. Please note that international delivery service may be unavailable for certain products. Please email at algovital@gmail.com to enquire further on Shipping and its Locations ALGOVITAL is able to ship to. Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Products to be delivered outside Singapore (regionally) will be delivered by courier by algovital.com’s designated logistics partner. Tracking reference number will be sent to you by email upon dispatch .The estimated delivery time taken is between 8 – 14 working days from the date of dispatch, and is subject to delay due to unforeseen circumstances. algovital.com reserves the right to reschedule the time and/or date of delivery and will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time and/or date. All international deliveries will be subject to the terms and conditions of delivery of [algovital.com- Korea]’s designated logistics partner. algovital.com's designated logistics partner may impose charges for any attempts of redelivery.
Payment: algovital.com accepts PayPal and all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please note that mode of payment cannot be changed once you have submitted the order online.
Fraud Protection Policy: As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our our ALGOVITAL team may call you at the phone number you provided (or use your email address) to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
Currency: All prices displayed on algovital.com are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Any charges, payments, refunds, or transactions processed through the website will be made in USD. Customers purchasing from outside the United States may incur currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences imposed by their bank or payment provider, for which ALGOVITAL shall not be responsible.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy: algovital.com accepts returns, exchange or refunds within 30 days of delivery, subject to algovital.com's prevailing return policy. Exchanged or returned Products must be in the original condition as when it was delivered, and must include its original vendor packaging, price tag(s), and Order Confirmation and/or invoice. algovital.com reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfil any of the above policy or for any other reason whatsoever. Where a Product is defective, not of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, you may return the Product for an exchange or a refund of the amount paid for the Product without interest at the absolute discretion of algovital.com, subject to the applicable law .Products must be returned with any free gift(s) and/or gift card(s) received by you with respect to the returned Product. These Conditions are for the benefit of ALGOVITAL and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, vendors, licensors, agents and any third party content providers to algovital.com and/or the Interactive Sites. Each of these entities shall have the right to assert and enforce any of these provisions against you. Save as aforesaid, a person (including any user) who is not a party to this Agreement has no right to enforce any of these Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B).The reference to a person, in this clause includes any individual, company, corporation, firm, partnership, joint venture, association, organization, trust, state or agency of a state (in each case, whether or not having separate legal personality).
