At Algovital, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy below.

A. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging together with proof of purchase or the order confirmation.
• Any complimentary gifts, promotional items, or samples received with the purchase must also be returned.
• For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

B. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Pre-order products.
• Discounted, promotional, clearance, or sale items.
• Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
• Gift cards or digital products, where applicable.

C. Return Process

Customers wishing to request a return or exchange must contact our Customer Support team within the applicable return period.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, customers will receive instructions for returning the product.

For purchases within Singapore, approved returns must be delivered to the return address provided by Algovital's Customer Support team. We do not accept unauthorized returns by mail or returns sent without prior approval.

Returned products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items arrive in their original condition.

D. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other service fees (where applicable) are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable Singapore law.

E. Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, Algovital may, at its discretion, offer a similar product, store credit, or a refund where applicable.
